Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Role: Coordination, monitoring and documentation of field activities of the assigned project
Knowledge: Basic knowledge about nutrition, maternal, adolescent & child health, and NCDs
Skills: Communication, coordination, observation, training, execution, monitoring, documentation, and willing to work in a team
Educational Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Public Health, nutrition, social science or relevant.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of field experience and a good understanding of local issues
Language: Fluency in oral and written English and Gujarati or Hindi is essential
Travel: Willingness to independently travel extensively in the Field Areas

Our Women Nutri-Preneur ProjectLocation: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

About the Position:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Entrepreneurship Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the Women Nutri-Preneur Project. The role involves overseeing project implementation, financial management, enterprise development, and establishing strong market linkages to ensure sustainability and scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities
- Support women groups in production, quality control, packaging, and branding of nutritious and millet-based products
- Manage project finances, budgets, and financial reporting
- Develop and strengthen market linkages, including local markets, retailers, institutions, and online platforms
- Coordinate with women collectives, community stakeholders, vendors, and partners
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, timelines, and donor requirements
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and case studies
- Support capacity building and mentoring of women nutri-preneurs
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Management, Social Work, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, Nutrition, or related fields
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in livelihood promotion, women entrepreneurship, or enterprise development projects
- Strong understanding of food production systems, preferably millet-based or nutrition-focused enterprises
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and market development
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
- Willingness to work closely with communities in urban slum settings
Skills & Competencies:
- Project and financial management
- Market linkage and value chain development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Community engagement and capacity building
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MIS tools is an advantage
