Educational Qualifications: Post graduate degree in Nutrition, Social Work or MPH

Experience: 1 to 3 years field experience and good understanding of local issues

Language:  Gujarati, Hindi and English

Travel: Willingness to independently travel in the Field Areas

From September  2022 CHETNA has initiated a project  named Vidyaa – Early Childhood Care and  Education ECCE  “To improve quality services delivery of ICDS Anganwadi with special focus on ECCE in 52 Anganwadi centres of Gandevi  and Chikli Blocks of Navsari Gujarat  ‘’

 Qualification & Experience: Project Field Coordinator – Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE)

Post-graduate degree in Child Development / Early Childhood Education / Education / or a related discipline. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE),  education, community-based programs, or related developmental initiatives. Strong understanding of child development, early learning, and caregiver engagement. Ability to support Anganwadi /ECCE team , and facilitate training, supervision, and mentoring processes. Strong communication skills—verbal and written—in Gujarati and English. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital documentation. Team-oriented, Willingness for extensive field travel across project areas.
